Yay, Bright House came back today and finished the cable installation for our Internet connection and WE ARE ONLINE! No more going cross-eyed, trying to type a blog post on K.’s iPhone, although it was handy in a pinch.
After the Bright House guy left, K. and I switched on the TV and found that we had no satellite signal. Hubby found that the cable guy had cut his newly set up connection to the satellite dish – good grief! Fortunately, Jim is a handy guy and had it fixed in a matter of minutes.
The Trane rep was here today and gathered all his information to do a load evaluation for a new HVAC system. It will be interesting to see what he recommends.
When K. and I got home from school, there was a package at the door – the icemaker cleaner I ordered a couple of days ago. I’m about to go give the icemaker a good cleaning and then we’ll have ice again!
