The Man of the Place picked up a new lawn care toy in May (hence new(ish)). He has done all of our yard work himself for years and our old ride-on tractor mower finally bit the dust. But since we got it 20 years ago, we figure we got our money’s worth š
After a lot of research, the Man of the Place decided on a zero turn radius Toro Timecutter SS 4260 with a 42″ inch deck – that’s a mouthful!
It works great and he loves it. He even looks forward to mowing the grass – now that’s really saying something!

i HATE CUTTING GRASS SO i PAY SOMEONE AND HE USES A SIMILAR LAWNMOWER. i ALWAYS SAY TO MYSELF IF I HAD ONE OF THOSE I WOULD CUT GRASS…BUT WHO AM I KIDDING? IT WOULD SIT IN THE BARN AFTER THE NOVELTY WORE OFF LOL
I dunno…the novelty hasn’t worn off yet for Jim. Of course he used the tractor mower for about 20 years!
